Course Description
The No FEAR Act requires federal agencies to train all federal employees on their rights and responsibilities under federal anti-discrimination, anti-retaliation and whistleblower protection laws. In this interactive course from Brightline Compliance, the learner becomes an employee of a hypothetical federal agency and must help co-workers decide how to deal with workplace dilemmas. Course feedback and take-away job aids provide learners with information on what actions are prohibited in the workplace and how those who report discrimination and make reports covered under whistleblower protection laws are protected from retaliation. Completion of this course requires that all sections be completed before entering the Quiz Show, once the Quiz Show is finished the course has been completed.
